What's the difference between environmental tobacco smoke and secondhand smoke?

Both terms, Environmental Tobacco Smoke (ETS) and SecondHand Smoke (SHS) mean the same thing – exposure to smoke from the burning end of a tobacco product and/or exhaled by a smoker. The terms side-stream smoke or passive smoking are also used.
