How is Indoor airPLUS related to the ENERGY STAR program?

Both Indoor airPLUS and ENERGY STAR for Homes are voluntary programs created by EPA to promote improved construction in new homes. ENERGY STAR focuses on energy efficiency while Indoor airPLUS focuses on indoor air quality. All Indoor airPLUS homes must also be ENERGY STAR qualified.
